From full event planning to day of coordination, we have a package and pricing that is right for you.
Event planning packages - starting at $2,500
As your event planner, we will meet with you to learn about youor style and wishes for your big day. We will find vendors suitable to your taste and budget. All of this will be put together in proposals for your review before anything is booked. Then we will ensure that things run smoothly from beginning to end. As your event planner, we will be availbale to meet with you in person and on the phone throughout your planning process to ensure that you have the wedding of your dreams.
Day of Coordination - starting at $800
If you are looking for someone to make sure that all of your plans come together on your big day, then this package is right for you. We will meet with you one to two months before your big day to discuss your vision. Then we will confirm all of your vendors, create day of timelines, and be the point person day of - setting up any decor at venue, helping with ceremony walk through and making sure all vendors are meeting scheduling needs. This takes the stress and pressure off of you so that you can enjoy your big day.
